A complete residential hybrid solar package featuring an 11kW HZ hybrid inverter, 10 × 600W bifacial solar panels providing 6.0kWp of total solar capacity, and two 5kWh lithium batteries providing 10kWh of nominal energy storage.
The 11kW HZ Complete Residential Hybrid Solar System provides solar generation, battery backup and smart energy management for residential properties.
This package combines an 11kW HZ hybrid inverter with ten 600W bifacial solar panels. Together, the panels provide 6.0kWp of rated solar capacity. In addition, two 5kWh lithium batteries provide 10kWh of nominal storage.
During the day, the system can power compatible household appliances from available solar energy. It can also use excess solar power to recharge the batteries. As a result, stored energy can support evening use or provide backup during power interruptions.
* 1 × 11kW HZ hybrid inverter- 5 Year Warranty
* 10 × Megatron / JA / Toplink 600W bifacial solar panels- 25 to 30 Year Warranty
* 6.0kWp total rated solar-panel capacity
* 2 ×MUST /ECCO/HZ- 5kWh lithium batteries- 5 Year Warranty
* 10kWh total nominal battery-storage capacity
* Compatible solar-panel mounting equipment
* Required AC and DC protection equipment
* Standard solar cables and installation accessories
* Professional installation
* Electrical Certificate of Compliance for the completed installation
Final equipment quantities and materials will follow the approved quotation and site requirements.
The 11kW HZ hybrid inverter manages power from the solar panels, batteries and utility grid. First, it uses available solar energy to supply connected appliances. It can then use excess solar power to recharge the batteries.
When solar production drops, the inverter can draw energy from the batteries or utility supply. Therefore, the system can manage energy from several sources throughout the day.
The inverter suits larger residential applications. However, the total appliance demand must remain within its operating limits. A professional load assessment will confirm which appliances the system can support.
The package includes ten 600W bifacial solar panels. These panels provide a combined rated capacity of 6.0kWp.
Bifacial panels can collect sunlight through the front surface. They can also use reflected light that reaches the rear surface. Therefore, they may produce extra energy under suitable installation conditions.
However, rear-side production depends on several factors. These include the mounting method, roof surface, panel height, orientation and shading.
Daily solar production will also vary. For example, the property location, roof angle, weather and season can affect performance. A site assessment will help determine the expected solar output.
Two 5kWh lithium batteries provide 10kWh of total nominal storage. The batteries can store available solar or grid energy for later use.
For example, the system can use stored energy during the evening or a power interruption. However, the actual backup time will depend on the connected load and system settings.
* Number of appliances in use
* Total power consumption
* Battery state of charge
* Configured depth of discharge
* Appliance starting currents
* Inverter settings
* Battery age
* Operating temperature
Battery capacity does not guarantee a fixed number of backup hours. Therefore, an installer must first calculate the expected load.
Suitable Residential Applications
Qualified personnel must install and configure the system. The installation must match the property’s electrical supply, roof structure, distribution board and energy requirements.
Customers connected to the Eskom network can review the official SSEG registration requirements before installation.
The 11KVA Hz hybrid pro inverter includes a five-year manufacturer warranty. The MUST 5kWh lithium battery also includes a five-year manufacturer warranty.
The 600W bifacial solar panels include a manufacturer performance warranty ranging from 25 to 30 years.
All warranties remain subject to the relevant manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Correct installation, product registration and approved operating conditions may also apply. Customers must retain their invoice, Certificate of Compliance and warranty documents for future claims.
The standard package may not cover extra electrical work, structural work or extended cable distances. Municipal applications and other non-standard requirements may also cost extra. The final quotation will list any additional work.
